a broth-based soup can actually make us eat less because they contain
more liquid and therefore we feel full easier.

side and main dishes in all your meals which is highly rich in fiber.

and cereals for breakfast instead of meat, which only weighs it down
with more fat and calories.

not drown it with fatty dressing. Instead use non-fat
dressing or lemon juice.

restaurant, request that your food be served without high-fat dressing
and sauces such as mayonnaise. You can use mustard instead.
6. Narrow your list of
choices down to vegetarian items to save fat and calories.
7. Bring out the flavor of
low-fat foods with a few home-made spices. You can also bring
them along in your purse when you are having your meals outside at the
restaurants.
8. Prepare some low-fat snacks instead of your usual
high-calorie diet for mid-afternoon tea.

contain meat that is grilled or baked and not fried.
