(Canh Đậu Hủ Vietnamese Soup Recipe)
2 cups strong chicken stock
2 squares fresh bean curd
½ cup chopped cooked chicken
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves
Method:
Chill stock and remove all fat from surface. Bring stock to the boil, add bean curd and chicken and heat through. Sprinkle with fresh coriander (cilantro) and serve immediately.
