Stewed Salmon Recipe

(Taiwanese Recipe)

Ingredients: Serves 2

1 salmon's chin

2 tablespoons BBQ sauce

2 slices ginger

1 red chili

1 scallion


1 teaspoon wine

teaspoon sugar

cup of water


Clean the salmon's chin and chop into pieces.  Slice chili.  Cut scallion into sections.  Mix well BBQ sauce, seasonings and water for advancing use.  Heat 1 cup oil and deep-fry salmon's chin for a while.  Take out.  Retain 1 tablespoon oil in the wok and put sliced ginger, sliced red chili and mixed seasonings in.  Boil the oil and put fried chins in to stew until the juice is thick.  Sprinkle scallion and serve.
