Method:
Put small ribs in the pot. Add
onion, ginger and Chinese parsley. Add water to cover ribs and
boil. Turn a low heat to cook for further 40 minutes. Take
them out. Marinade with seasonings ingredients for at least 4
hours or preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat the
oven at 200°C and put in ribs marinated with barbecue sauce to roast
for 15 minutes. Rub ribs with remaining sauce again or more
during the middle of roast time. It is a knack to enhance the
flavor.
