Guisadong Repolyo – Sautéed Cabbage Recipe |
Ingredients: Serves 6 |
125 g pork tenderloin (diced into small cubes) 200 g chicken liver, sliced 200 g chicken breast or fillet, sliced 200 g white cabbage, cut into 6-cm squares 60 ml of oil ½ head cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed 2 shallots, peeled and chopped 500 ml chicken stock 2 tablespoons soy sauce |
Method: Heat oil in a wok or casserole. Sauté onion and garlic until transparent and aromatic, 2 to 3 minutes. Brown diced pork and add chicken liver and chicken breast and sauté until almost cooked. Stir in cabbage and pour in chicken stock. Let simmer over medium heat until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Season with soy sauce to taste and serve. |
