1 red chili (remove seeds and cut into
triangles)
2 stems scallions (sectioned)
Sweet Plum Sauce: (mix well)
3 tablespoons plum sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
½ tablespoon rice vinegar
½ tablespoon sugar
½ tablespoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
Marinade:
½ an egg
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ tablespoon light soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger juice
1 teaspoon rice wine
