1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds,
lightly toasted
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
½ tablespoon of sweet rice cooking
wine
1 teaspoon of rice wine
1 small handful of dried bonito flakes
Method:
Peel off the skin from the burdock,
shred and leave aside. Stir-fried shredded burdock by medium
heat with a little oil until softened. Add soy sauce, sweet rice
cooking wine and rice wine. Boil until flavor is absorbed.
Turn off the heat, add dried bonito flakes and stir well. Put
aside until cool down. Add white sesame seeds into cooled
burdock and mix well. Put into refrigerator and serve cold.
