Method:
Blend breadcrumbs, coriander, green
chilies, salt and chaat masala in a food processor. Heat oil in
a shallow pan. Add mushrooms and sauté for a minute. Add
blended breadcrumbs. Evenly mix with mushrooms. Sauté on
medium heat and allow them to become crisp and golden brown.
Serve hot with drops of lemon juice on each mushrooms.
