Crispy Sautéed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups drained, canned mushrooms

¼ cup oil

1 cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup coriander leaves

½ teaspoon chopped green chilies

2 tablespoons chaat masala

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt to taste

 

Method:

Blend breadcrumbs, coriander, green chilies, salt and chaat masala in a food processor.  Heat oil in a shallow pan.  Add mushrooms and sauté for a minute.  Add blended breadcrumbs.  Evenly mix with mushrooms.  Sauté on medium heat and allow them to become crisp and golden brown.  Serve hot with drops of lemon juice on each mushrooms.
