1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons cold evaporated milk
2 teaspoons fine sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 red glace cherry
Method:
Peel and de-seed avocado, dice and sprinkle lemon juice over it to prevent discoloration. Put avocado into 1 or 2 glass dessert bowls; pour milk over the fruit and top each serving with a sprinkling of fine sugar and a glace cherry.
