Chinese Recipes provides food consisting of beef, pork, chicken, lamb, fish, seafood, spicy or non-spicy, desserts, sweets and soups, mainly from China.  Chinese dishes are all traditional, ritual, folklore, religious observance as well as delicious, tasty and nutritious.  Some of the most famous and popular Chinese recipes are, just to name a few, Beggars Chicken, Salt Baked Chicken, Hot and Sour Szechuan Soup, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall or Fatt Tiu Cheung, Sweet and Sour Pork, Drunken Shrimps or Joi Har and Ma Po Tofu Recipes.  Chinese Food is what commonly binds our families together.  The methods, ways and techniques applied in Chinese cooking or preparation are those that are familiar in the Western countries:  boiling method, braising method, deep-frying method, steaming method, stir-frying method and roasting methods.  A Chinese meal, be it breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper, festive or banquet meals does not consist only one main dish, but a number of dishes, which are of equal importance.  Usually a number of at least 3 main dishes and a soup will be served in a Chinese meal for lunch or dinner.  However, Chinese desserts are not a part of Chinese everyday meals, but a special meal finishes with a sweet or dessert such as clear sweet dessert soup or fresh fruits.  Many of the Chinese food preparations honor tales from both the imperial court and those everyday common people.  The Chinese food recipes in most Chinese cooking is a cuisine shaped by tradition and custom.  It is delicious Chinese culinary history, created by the Chinese who cooked it, ate it, questioned it, and preserved it.  Besides the traditional methods and ways of cooking different Chinese cuisines, now there are also new methods which are easy and simple to follow in cooking Chinese food.  The Chinese recipes provided below are a combination of traditional, local and new methods of cooking Chinese food.
