Jackfruit Steamed Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

2 eggs

80g sugar

1 teaspoon cake emulsifier

200g superfine flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

120ml milk

200g jackfruit (cut into pieces)

 

Method:

Combine eggs and sugar gently.  Add cake emulsifier, flour, baking powder and milk.  Beat together for 5 minutes or until the mixture is fluffy.  Put in jackfruit and mix well.  Spoon into greased cake tin.  Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.  Serve.
