Method:
Sift flour and baking powder together.
Set aside. Beat butter until soft. Add all the other
ingredients. Mix together to make dough. Roll the dough
out to 1cm thick. Use a heart-shaped cutter to cut out scones.
Place scones into a greased baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes
or until golden brown. Serve with jam or butter.
