Method:
Beat butter, brown sugar and coffee
flavor until fluffy. Add in sifted flour, baking powder, soda
and chopped hazelnuts. Mix until to form a dough. Press
dough onto baking tray, about 1½ cm thick. Refrigerate for 3
hours. Use cookie cutter to cut out desired shapes. Bake
in preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes or until cooked.
