Method:
Heat instant coffee powder, sugar and
milk together until instant coffee powder and sugar dissolve.
Add chocolate and margarine. Cook until they melt. Remove
from heat. Leave it to cool. Add sifted superfine flour
and baking powder. Mix well. Spoon into a greased 9-inch
cake tin lined with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven for
about 25-30 minutes. Serve.
