Durian Crispy Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:

120g butter

40g cooking oil

100g castor sugar

80g durian puree

150g plain flour

20g walnut

 

Method:

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.  Add in cooking oil and mix well.  Add in durian puree and mix well.  Add in sifted flour and combine to form a soft dough.  Take a spoonful of the above mixture, place on the greased pan and press it lightly.  Decorate with chopped walnuts, bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
