Method:
Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl over
simmering water. Leave it to cool. Add egg yolks and mix
well. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and sugar together
until soft peaks form. Fold half of the egg white mixture into
the chocolate mixture. Stir gently. Fold in the rest of
the egg white mixture. Spoon into greased cake tin. Bake
in preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until done. Serve.
