Method:
Put butter and sugar in a cake mixer.
Beat on medium speed until it turns fluffy and white. Add in egg
and beat for another 3 minutes. Add in low protein flour and
baking powder (sifted together), almond powder and beat on low speed
until it turns into a dough. Put into piping bag. Pour
cornflakes into a tray and pipe a small amount of dough on top of
cornflakes. Place in a greased baking tray and bake at preheated
oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
