Method:
To make crust, mix icing sugar
and margarine, add in egg, stir well. Next, blend in plain
flour, knead until become a dough, wrap with cellophane paper.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. To make filling,
combine castor sugar with ovalette, salt and margarine, then add in
coconut, egg and the remaining filling ingredients, mix well.
Divide the crust dough into small portions, press it into the tart
mould, then spoon in coconut filling mixture and press lightly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove, serve.
