Grease a 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 inch) square tray
with butter and line with banana leaf. Combine all the
ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend together with a hand whisk.
Pour into the tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes
until cake is set. Turn up the heat to grill the kuih at 250°C
for 5-10 minutes, or until the crust is browned and aromatic.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool for at least 6 hours or
overnight, before cutting into 2 cm-thick squares.
