Cheese Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients:

150g high protein flour

100g low protein flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon parmesan cheese

50g castor sugar

½ chicken cube

200g butter

 

Croquant for decoration

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients, rub in butter.  Knead to form a dough.  Roll out the dough, use cookies cutter to cut out desired shapes.  Glaze with beaten egg.  Sprinkle some croquant on top.  Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes or until cooked.
