Carrot Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients A:

50g butter

250g cream cheese

40g sugar

 

Ingredient B:

3 large egg yolk

 

Ingredients C:

50g plain flour

10g corn flour

40ml milk

 

Ingredient D:

100g grated carrot

 

Ingredients E:

3 egg whites

½ teaspoon cream of tartar

60g sugar

 

Method:

Mix ingredients A until creamy.  Add in ingredients B and mix well.  Add in ingredients C and mix well.  Mix in ingredients D.  In another bowl, beat ingredients E until soft peak.  Slowly add into carrot mixture and pour into prepared tin and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes or until cooked.
