Boh Tea Cake Recipe

Ingredients: Oven: Preheated to 180°C

5g Boh Tea

4 nos. egg

100g sugar

50g milk

100g superfine flour (sifted)

 

Method:

Blend Boh Tea in a food processor.  Double boil eggs, sugar and Boh Tea until 40°C and beat until light and fluffy.  Add in sifted superfine flour and mix even.  Add in milk and mix well.  Pour into greased or lined cake tin and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes until done.
