250g margarine
80g icing sugar
1 no. egg yolk
360g plain flour
50g coffeemate or milk powder
Ingredients for filling:
200g barbecued pork slices (bak gua),
chopped
250g roasted pork belly (char siew),
chopped
½ tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1½ tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons water
Topping:
1 no. egg (beaten)
Decoration:
some black sesame seeds |

Method:
To make filling, stir-fry all filling
ingredients until fragrant in a hot wok, thicken with a little
cornstarch solution. Remove from heat, leave to cool and chill
in the fridge before use. To make dough, mix dough ingredients
until well-combined. Divide dough into 50g each portion, then
wrap with filling evenly, form it into rounds and press lightly,
arrange onto baking tray. Brush some beaten egg on the surface,
sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C
for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
