Method:
Mash bananas with a fork. Cream
butter, condensed milk and half of the sugar for 5 minutes. Add
salt, banana essence and vanilla essence. In a clean mixing
bowl, whisk eggs with the rest of the sugar until thick and creamy.
Fold in one cup of the egg mixture to the creamed butter until well
mixed. Add the rest of the egg mixture, mashed bananas and
lastly the flour, stirring as lightly as possible. Pour into a
greased cake tin. Bake in oven at 150°C for 1-1¼ hours.
